All DVD's are formatted to the DVD-R format which is the standard for many consumer dvd players. Any DVD that will not play will be sent back to our office for review. Upon review TEM will determin the problem and replace DVD as it sees fit. Any DVD that is damaged or scratched because of consumer niglect will not be replaced.
